James Mead is an IT Professional with more than twelve years experience of working in large multi-national blue-chip organisations including Coca-Cola, Avis and Royal Caribbean.

James is a father of two young children and lives’ in Wokingham so the commute to Trinity Court is a pleasant change from the last few years of working on projects around the world.

James is a qualified PRINCE2 project manager and has experience running multinational projects up to $3million spanning different continents and coordinating teams of business and IT people in different time-zones with different objectives.

James has spent the last year working as a consultant for a large travel operator in the cruise industry working to develop IT Strategies with newly acquired business units under a directive to integrate them into the larger multinational group where efficiencies could be found. As part of this he has worked alongside key senior executives and board members in order to fully understand the business objectives and growth plans. This combined with full analysis of existing legacy systems has allowed him to commission and implement various projects that both rationalise and improve the systems resulting in cost savings and efficiencies within the business units.

Towards the end of 2011 James decided that there was an opportunity to use the knowledge he had gained over the last 12 years and work with other companies to provide real cost saving and efficiencies to others. So the alive group of companies was formed.
